Christopher plummer plays a detective who is investgating the murder of a hooker (Karen black) who was thrown out of a top floor window of a penthouse apartment.She was found wearing an inverted crucifix around her neck and the investigation soon leads plummer into the dark world of satanism and human sacrifice.Told in flashback form,this is a great little horror/thriller that is well made with good performances but finding a copy of this old pre-cert release is not going to be easy but if you just want to see the film then there is a cheap dvd of it out in america thats worth getting.Karen black also wrote and sung the title song.
