This is actually a pretty sleezy uk film set in london during the late 60s and is all about a disgruntled judge who feels that the people who come before him are not learning their lessons with the sentences he passes.He eventually snaps and starts dressing up in womens clothes and stalks the streets at night killing off the local prostitutes.As the police get closer to catching him he acts more and more bizzare untill finally he gose on a mad rampage in broad daylight and is eventually gunned down on the dirty riverbank of the thames.Good performances and direction keep this entertaining throughout.Well worth a look, allthough you may have a lot of trouble tracking down a copy of this old uk video these days.
