A semi-documentary which concentrates on real-life people who have had sex change operations. Dr Leo Walton is the physician who takes us through the procedure, there are interviews with transsexuals and in one very graphic and needless to say eye watering scene we get to see a man try to remove his own penis with a hammer and chisel.It may not be the most realistic effect you will see but i bet it will make you cross your legs and squirm.The film isn't very well made and most of it is quite boring but at the same time its not for those with weak stomachs.This uk pre-cert video was the full uncut version but is now a real rarity and you will be very lucky if you find a copy.
