In manhattan a female art student has been suffering from many sleepless nights due to some pretty nasty nightmares,but as it turns out these dreams are actually premonitions.Each time she sees a face in her dreams that person then becomes a victim of a serial killer that is stalking the city who has become known as "the handcuff murderer".She gets in touch with a local talk show host and tells him about the visions but little dose she know that the killer has been listning in and she soon realises that she could be next.It will proberly be a little to slow moving for most people and the murder scenes are not really nasty or gory. You will have seen films a lot worse than this but if you want to grab yourself a copy of this old video then your going to have to search long and hard as it dosent turn up very often these days.
