Dr jekyll has created a serum which when injected into his subjects turns them violent.He keeps his victims locked in the basement of his dark,dimly lit house and when he gets bored he places two of them together,injects them and takes a ringside seat to watch them beat the crap out of each other,the problem is, once injected dr jekyll cannot control them and they just end up killing each other.Jekyll invites a well respected scientist round to view his research but ends up having to kill him when the scientist says he is going to report jekyll to the authorities.Watching all the mayhem is jekyll's sister who spends most of the film wandering around in a lobotomised trance and who jekyll likes to torture for fun.The ending is a bit of a mess with bodies everywhere,but despite all this the film is actually quite boring,well i thought it was anyway,there is way to much chat a couple of boring sub-plots thats not really worth talking about and a selection of fight scenes that are fairly well put together.Its also quite sleazy in places and would more than likely suffer some BBFC cuts if it were submitted today.This old uk pre-cert video turns up every now and again so if you keep your eyes open you may get lucky.
