What we have here are two films on the same tape,both by the same director and both starring pretty much the same people.The first is a 50 min short called "the last night" which is about two armed psycho's who are on the run from prison,they take refuge in a small backstreet theatre where a small group of actors are putting on a play and start killing them off one by one untill there is only one woman left,but before they can kill her the psycho's fall out and end up killing each other. The second film is a 75 min feature called "invitation to hell" in which a young innocent woman get invited to a party at an isolated farm house by some of her old school friends, but her friends are hiding a secret,and it soon becomes clear to the young woman that they all belong to a satanic cult and they need to sacrifice a virgin (guess who),for the spring equinox.After failing to escape,she decides the next best thing is to lose her virginity,but even that fails so it then becaomes a fight for survival. Both films are very amateurish and poorly acted,but considering there was no budget for these they are actually quite watchable and the effects are pretty good. There is little chance of you being able to see these though as this uk tape is very hard to find now,it even came with a double sided sleeve.
