A new york artist who cannot seem to sell his work becomes desperate for money to pay his rent and food, he decides to rob the woman in he apartment above him but she catches him in the act and during the fight she stabs him in the eye,he escapes but the trauma of losing his eye causes him to turn a bit loopy and he starts to stalk pretty young girls and kill them.He also develops a fetish for eyes and each victim he kills he takes out their eyes and uses them to create new art that becomes very popular. This is a very low budget film thats way to bizarre to be entertaining but it dose have its moments even though they are few and far between, and even though the basic idea for the film suggests gory eye removal scenes they are actually very low key and not that gory at all. This uk video is quite obscure now,and thats not really a bad thing.
