Anthony wong plays sam who one day is caught having sex with his bosses wife.After getting a good beating sam kills the husband and the woman and pours petrol on their young daughter,he is just about to light it when someone knocks on the door,sam escapes and flees to south africa where he gets a job in a restaurant.On a trip to pick up some meat from a local village sam rapes one of the local women but as it turns out she is infected with the ebola virus and sam becomes a carrier.Back at the restaurant sams new boss and his wife have been treating him badly so to get his own back he decides to kill them both,he then cuts up the bodies and serves them in buns at the restaurant spreading the virus he has.When the police start to get suspicious sam moves back to hong kong and its not long before the infection starts to spread.
Anthony wong is excellent as sam who is easily the most vile,disgusting and sleeziest character ever created.The film itself is also pretty vile and if your easily offended or have a weak stomach then you will proberly want to give this a miss.Its not as gory as some of the CAT 111 films but it still has its moments,theres plenty of fairly graphic sex as well and you will proberly feel like a good shower after viewing this.Theres little to no chance of this film being released in the uk uncut so your going to have to look abroad if you want to see this film in all its graphic,sleezy glory.
