Bubba is a mentally retarded man who likes children,in particular a young girl called marylee who he likes to spend time with sitting in a field making daisy chains. A few of the local men hate this and when the young girl is attacked by a dog they blame bubba, grabbing their guns they hunt him down and kill him only to be told afterwards that the girl had survived the attack because of bubba's help.A short time later the men start dying one by one,and their terror mounts when the scarecrow where bubba was hiding when he was killed starts appearing in diffrent places. This was originally made as a tv movie and is a lot more violent and creepy than alot of the stuff that was released at the cinema, its also well made and well acted and is worth tracking down, allthough trying to find an original copy of this video is a task in itself.
