Albert was institutionalized for trying to kill his snobby mother,but now he has escaped and is returning home to finish the job.when he gets home he finds his mother has gone out and only the housekeeper is there,he forces her to strip and dance at knifepoint then kills her.Soon after her 11 year old daughter,annie, arrives home and albert takes an instant likeness to her because of her innocence and purity and he convinces her to run away with him.But when annie sees albert murder a young woman she tries to escape and the chase is on.Movies like this dont get made anymore,its quite sleezy but despite the fact that the two main characters are a man and a young girl it isn't quite as nasty as you may think,just dont expect to see it in you local video shop anytime soon.This old video is hard enough to find as it is but the original release on the intervision label under the title "poor albert and little annie" is one of the real rarities of the uk pre-certs and to be honest i dont think i have ever seen a copy anywhere.If it ever dose turn up you can expect to pay a lot more than you would for this version.
