A young girl is brutally murdered as she prepears for her first holy communion,soon after a series of equally nasty killings begin and the blame falls on her slightly problematic twelve year old sister who likes to spend alot of time alone in the basement of the building she lives in. This is an excellent film that is well worth tracking down, especially if you find a copy of this original video release which is uncut unlike the recent release under its alternative title of "alice,sweet alice" which is trimmed of some of its more nastier moments. it is well made with some very good performances, the film also sees brooke shields in her first screen outing.
